Curious Quinn is a young amateur detective from the upper-class area of Fort Washington, Maryland, and will be featured in various mystery series for children and teens. Created by Juan Mendez Scott, the Curious Quinn character will first appear this year, 2016. Scott will introduce and bring Curious to world wide readers for decades to come, in which the character will evolve the response and changes of the troubles and chaos that today's teens face in the American culture and tastes, with opportunities to be translated into dozens of languages throughout the world. Curious Quinn, a sophmore at Friendly High, rekindles a friendship with Michelle Martin, now a junior, her childhood best friend from grammar school. Michelle explains that she is seeing fellow Fly Betty and friend Connie Warmack's boyfriend Danny Leads behind her back, and she's worried that her popular boyfriend Austin Meeks, as well as Connie, will find out about it and cause problems. Curious is the only person who knows of Michelle and Danny's secret love affair. When Michelle is found murdered at Fort Washington Park, right away, Curious suspects her abusive boyfriend Austin had something to do with it. But deadly secrets involving the Fly Betty's, a popular clique at Friendly High School, is revealed, and this leads Curious into a deadly showdown, fighting for her life on the Potomac River, right in front of the two-hundred-year-old historical Fort, Fort Warburton.
